The party hostel of Rome, seeks an experienced bartender to assist management in running bar. You must have general cocktail knowledge, experience in stock management, leadership qualities and a strong ability to develop and maintain staff and customer relations. You will also understand the importance of health / safety, food safety and alcohol consumption regulations. Someone who enjoys a fast paced atmosphere and interacting with a young crowd would be better suited to this role. Must speak English fluently.
